This specially blended tea celebrates Japanese Canadian berry farmers.

Japanese Canadians farmed 80% of the strawberries in the Fraser Valley region of British Columbia at its peak before the Second World War.

Use hot water boiled at 85 ℃ and steep for 2-3 minutes. If you leave it longer, you may lose the pink hue.

All organic ingredients: sencha, blackberry, strawberry, rose petal, marigold
